If your processed map yields an orthotiff larger than 500MB, you may not able to open the file with your computer's native photo viewer. It's common to get an error message that the file couldn't be opened or that it was damaged when trying to open large-sized TIFF files.
We recommend using a different program, such as Photoshop, to open large TIFF files. You can also download QGIS, a free open-source application that can be used to open TIFF files, shapefiles, and vectors.
Please contact us at support@skycatch.com if you're receiving an error message and believe this may not be correct.
