What do the DataHub Quality settings mean?
If you have uploaded a dataset to DataHub, you might have noticed the above "Quality" options. What do they mean?
As the names suggest, the options will make DataHub run the jobs either with low, medium, or high settings.
The Low settings will use less information and generate a less dense point cloud, a lower resolution orthophoto, and a lower resolution 3D Mesh; this makes DataHub generate the outputs in the shortest amount of time. On the other hand, High settings will produce the densest point cloud and other outputs with the highest resolution possible (1xGSD of input dataset); this will take more processing time before the files can be delivered to your account. The Medium setting is a balance of both and is selected as the default quality option.
