Pipeline reliability improvements

This is the continuation of our previous release, allowing a better strategy to be implemented to handle our computational resources.

This is mainly an internal improvement to our infrastructure however, this will have a positive impact on the overall performance of our processing pipeline which could be reflected in improved reliability with processing jobs.
