Improvements and Fixes

● Added improvements to ingestor which will aid in the uploading speed of large
datasets
● Fixed an issue where .pdf overlays were displaying an error after uploading
● Fixed an issue where a shared link was not displaying the expected extent of a dataset
● Various processing improvements and hardening
