Drones

This section allows pilots to view all existing drones, their corresponding types, and details. 

Drone Types

To access information about a specific type of drone, navigate to the 'Drones' section within the platform. Once there, select the 'Types' option located under the 'Drones' category to view detailed specifications and related information about the available drone types.

Click View to display more details. 

Drone Catalog

To explore the details of an existing drone unit, navigate to the 'Drones' section within the platform. From there, select the 'Catalog' option under the 'Drones' category to access information about the available drone units.

Click View to display more details. 

 

Adding New Drones (Administrators Only)

Catalog

Admins are the only individuals with permission to create, delete and, modify drones, drone types and, drone information. 

1. To add new drones in the Catalog, navigate to Drones, then click on Catalog.

2. Click on the blue plus icon next to Catalog, the page to enter new drone information will show on the screen.

3. The page will redirect to the previous screen where all your drones will be listed. The most recent one is listed on top. Should there be any changes in the drone information, Admins can Edit and Delete drones.

 

Types

1. To add new drone types, navigate to Drones, then click on the blue Plus button next to Types. A screen will appear where Admins can add new drone types.

2. Enter the required information. The Pre- and Post-flight checklist is dependent on the checklist used/ followed by your Organization. Clicking the dropdown will show several checklists if they are available. Choose one for each field, then click Save when done.

3. The most recent Drone Type will be displayed after being redirected to the previous page. Admins can Edit information by clicking Edit and delete Drone Types by clicking on Delete.
