FAQ: Why does the DJI Go app crash when I try to connect to my Explore1?

Using an older version of the DJI Go app may result in the app crashing when you attempt to connect it to your Explore1 drone. To resolve this, please update your DJI Go app to the latest app version available by DJI and this should resolve the issue.
