FAQ: Why am I unable to fly mission at altitude set in flight app?

If you're getting the "Aircraft Altitude is Too High" error or are unable to fly at the altitude set in the flight app when attempting to fly your mission, you'll need to go into DJI GO and adjust the max altitude to something higher than what you're setting in the flight app.

1. Connect your drone, RC, and mobile device and open up the DJI Go app.

2. Tap on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of your screen to access the settings.

3. Tap on the drone icon at the top of the menu bar and scroll down to the "Set Max Flight Altitude" setting. Update the altitude to the desired maximum flight altitude.

Note: We advise that you refer to your country's aviation regulations regarding the maximum altitude allowed for drone operations and do not exceed the regulation altitude in your DJI Go settings.
