Why Can't I Access My Billing Details?

Skycatch uses a 3rd party company to manage billing and payments. This information populates directly in your Skycatch account settings.

If you are seeing a message that says "Sorry, we couldn't find that page" when attempting to load your billing information on your Skycatch account and you are using a Safari browser, you may need to update your privacy settings to allow cookies.

To enable your cookies please go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy in your browser and select the option to enable cookies. Refresh your page, all of your billing details should now be available. This includes your payment method, invoice history, trial and subscription info, and more.

You can also switch to using a Chrome browser if you do not wish to enable your cookies. If you are still having any problems with accessing your billing information after following the above steps, please contact us at
